Marshall Farris, a co-founder and principal of Ascenta Finance, has over 19 years of experience assisting public and private companies with corporate operations, capital development, investor relations and regulatory compliance activities. He has thus far participated in raising over $150 million in capital financing for public companies. Marshall has an extensive network of contact in the financial community and is skilled in identifying compelling business opportunities for investors and companies. He also co-founded Ascenta International's sister companies: Ascenta Capital Partners Inc., which specializes in providing investor relations services; Ascenta Venture, which specializes in corporate creation; and Ascenta Finance Corp., a private, independent investment bank. In addition, he is a co-founder and President of Philippine Metals Inc. (TSXV: PHI) and serves as a director for Prize Mining Corp. (TSXV: PRZ) and Empire Capital Corp. (TSXV: EPM.P). Marshall is a former director of Mindoro Resources Ltd. (TSXV: MIO) and Panoro Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: PML). |

Jim Glass brings a diversified business background that includes the management, operation and administration of public companies. He has also been successful in taking companies from their formative stages through to development, financing and initial public offering. Jim spearheaded the development of Gresham Resources Inc., a leading junior oil and gas company with $20 million in annual revenues. In 2002, Alberta-based True Energy Inc. (TSX: TUI) acquired Gresham. Jim joined Ascenta Capital as a principal in 2001. He shares responsibility for business development and sales and acts as an account manager. |

Mark Hunter spent five years in corporate communications in Japan with Denso Corporation, a Fortune 500 manufacturer in the automotive sector. Working in both Japanese and English, Mark coordinated the company's corporate communications, investor relations and media relations activities for international audiences; he also served as the company's communications liaison to more than 20 Denso subsidiaries around the world. Mark joined Ascenta Capital as a principal in 2001 and has primary responsibility for general operations as well as shared responsibility for business development. Mark is a graduate of Queens University, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies and a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute. |

Michael Whiting has considerable experience in financial services and in the mining and resources industries. A long-term resident of the Philippines, Michael is also the former Vice Chairman and current board-member of the British Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines. He is also an independent director of a Canadian company with energy and mineral assets in the Philippines and is active a number of advocacy groups in the Philippines that promote mining. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Australia. |
